Shopify is a decent platform for SEO, but it has habits that hold stores back if nobody fixes them. We help Shopify brands rank in Google and get recommended when shoppers ask AI tools what to buy.
Month-to-month. No upfront payment. Share your URL and we review your site before the call.

Shoppers often recommend your store for its balanced chef’s knife and fast shipping.
The problem is rarely Shopify itself. It’s how the store is set up, how Google crawls it, and whether pages answer what shoppers search.
Shopify can reach the same product through every collection it sits in. If internal links point to those versions, Google sees copies and splits the signals.
Collections are often your best pages for category searches, and most stores leave them as a grid of products with no text, structure or internal links.
Every app adds scripts. A few years in, a lot of stores load code for apps they uninstalled long ago. We run a Shopify app detector early in the audit to see exactly what is still loading before we touch anything else.
The audit decides the order. Most stores need some of everything below.
Link to /products/ URLs. Internal links should point to /products/name, not /collections/x/products/name.
Write copy for your main collections. A short, useful intro at the top or a buying guide at the bottom.
Check robots.txt.liquid. Make sure a theme or app hasn’t blocked anything important.
Test Product schema. Price, availability and reviews should all show in Google’s Rich Results Test.
Remove leftover app code. Scripts from uninstalled apps still slow the store down.
Redirect old products properly. Send discontinued products to the closest collection, not the homepage.

We have worked on Shopify stores for years, including stores that held page-one rankings through Google spam updates. The checklist and advice here come from that work.
Sources we rely on: Google Search Central documentation.
Yes. Plus stores often have more markets, more apps and more complex templates, which usually means more technical work and international SEO.
Yes. For apps we focus on App Store listing visibility, comparison pages and getting recommended when merchants ask AI tools for app suggestions.
Only where it affects SEO or speed, and always on a duplicate theme first. Bigger redesigns are scoped separately.
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Collection and content work usually takes three to six months to pay off fully.
Our programs start at $1,500 a month, month to month, and every program covers both Google and AI search.
The core principles are the same, relevance, authority and crawlability, but Shopify adds platform-specific issues: collection and product URLs that can duplicate across categories, liquid theme templates instead of full code access, and an app ecosystem that can quietly add scripts and slow pages down. A Shopify SEO plan has to account for those from the start.
No app fixes SEO by itself. Apps can help with specific jobs, like structured data or image compression, but the fundamentals, collection structure, internal linking, product content and technical health, come from how the store is built, not from installing something.
It can, if the new theme changes URL structure, drops metadata, or removes internal links the old theme had. It does not have to. We test theme changes on a duplicate first and check canonicals, redirects and page speed before anything goes live on the main store.
Yes. Shopify can serve the same product through every collection it sits in, which splits ranking signals if internal links point to the wrong version. We standardize internal links to the canonical product URL and check Shopify's own canonical tags are set correctly, rather than leaving it to chance.
