The kind of people we hire

We’re small, so roles tend to be broad rather than narrow specialisms. When we do hire, it’s usually for:

  • SEO specialists — technical audits, on-page work and content strategy
  • Content writers — people who can write about SEO, AI search, Shopify and SaaS without inventing stats
  • Developers — WordPress and Shopify work to ship what audits recommend
  • Account leads — the point of contact who keeps reporting honest and plain-English

Not always. We hire selectively as the team grows, and we’d rather leave a role open than hire just to fill a seat.

Is this a remote job?

Yes. We’re a small, Dubai-based agency working with SaaS and Shopify clients worldwide, and the team works remotely with some overlap with client time zones.

What do you look for in a candidate?

Real work you can show us, not just a resume. One piece you’re proud of tells us more than a list of past titles.
